IP Ratings provide a standard for the level of protection from ingress of dust or water the enclosure is designed to achieve.

Manufactured to suit the conditions of the surrounding environment and the protection the equipment within the enclosure requires, Capvond’s GRP Enclosures are manufactured to the specifications of the client and the IP ratings required.

Heavy duty Louvred Vents with fly mesh backing provide an element of protection from dust and directional water ingress, while our hooded cowls and soffit vents provide protection from wind assisted heavy rain and storms.

Neoprene Seals are fitted round doors and hatches to provide a compressed seal and prevent ingress of dust and water up to IP66.
