Over the past few years, one of the most popular ways of adding style and value to new build housing has been the introduction of Glassfibre Dormers.

Giving additional living space or as a feature, these products, produced entirely in GRP, create interest and style at very reasonable cost. All the units are designed to be easily fitted, with integral gutters, flashings and fixing points both internally and externally dormers can be fixed, ready to accept tiles or slates in minutes and once the window is fitted the entire unit is impervious to water.

Existing dormers can also be improved with our roof cap system. Like some of the Dormers and Sunroom roofs shown in our roofing section our pre-made roofs are delivered to site and can be fixed in certain situations with the roof never being opened and because the roofs are factory formed, the weather restrictions faced by other materials do not prevent fitting.

Bay Window roofs and small feature roofs are supplied with lead effect of tile effect, coloured to suit the existing roof. Often also supplied with a pre-fitted soffit these products have proved versatile, popular and very cost effective throughout the building industry and are, in most cases, manufactured to suit individual requirements.
