Capvond’s Sand Cast durable exterior surface provides additional strength and protection against scratches and damage from impact.

Particles of quartz sand are bonded into the composite during production to provide a high bond between the substrates, and a robust multi-faceted surface on the exterior of the enclosure.

Despite the irregular surface the exterior of the enclosure can be washed with a hose, brush or power washer to restore the wall surface to its original colour.

All Sand Cast enclosures can be produced in all RAL and B.S. colours, and can be manufactured in standard, fire retardant, heat resistant or chemical resistant composites.

Smooth gelcoat finishes can also be supplied in the full British Standard and RAL colour ranges. These provide an easily maintained surface more suitable for environments liable to higher contamination, or commercial and retail environments where the surface finish or colour is critical to match the surrounding areas and textures.
